Refund Policy for TRACOMART LLC

At TRACOMART LLC, we are dedicated to providing our clients with high-quality training and consulting and art services services. If you are not satisfied with the services you have received, we offer the following refund policy:

Training Services:

  • If you are not satisfied with the training services you have received, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof that you have completed less than 25% of the course material or lecture hours.

Consulting Services:

  • If you are not satisfied with the consulting services you have received, you may request a partial refund within 30 days of completion of the services. The amount of the refund will be determined based on the extent to which the services were not completed as agreed.

Art Services:

  • Unfortunatelly We cannot accept refounds on Art services. 

Conditions for Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be granted for services that were not delivered as agreed, and only in accordance with the terms of this refund policy.

  • Requests for refunds must be made in writing and must be received by TRACOMART LLC by mail within the specified time frame.

  • The letter must be sent to the following address: 8206 Louisiana Blvd Ne, Ste A #1615Albuquerque, New Mexico 87113

  • The letter must contain the reson for the requested refund and a writing on the visible part of the envelope stating "refund request".

  • Please follow the United States postal service guidelines. For more information go to https://www.usps.com/

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment.

  • When information from the customer has not been provided at the time of the purchase or the purchase has been done anonymously we reserve the right to request further information to ensure that the refund is being requested by the person that recieved our services.
